I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Lifespan Integration Therapy, Comprehensive Energy Psychology Therapy, CIMBS, EMDR, Brainspotting, parts work, Mindfulness, and Self Compassion teachings to help you move through depression, anxiety, and trauma and move toward ease, calm, and inner peace.
