Hello, friend!

Hi, I’m Michaela, and I’m so honored that you’re here.

I am a licensed psychotherapist and certified psychedelic-assisted therapy provider, but beyond that, I am someone who strives to live with awareness, compassion, courage, and authenticity. My own journey of growth and transformation has shaped not only who I am but also how I show up for others.

It is my mission to help ignite that same sense of purpose and empowerment in you. Whether you are seeking traditional therapy, psychedelic preparation and integration, or a deeper connection with yourself, I am here to walk alongside you with presence, wisdom, and care.

Your journey is uniquely yours, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Let’s explore this path together.

For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to deep listening, holding space for others in their most vulnerable moments, and helping them navigate their emotions. Becoming a therapist felt like a natural path—one that allowed me to support people in meaningful ways.

For nearly 20 years, I worked in clinical settings, specializing in chronic and acute mental health within the framework of Western medicine. Yet, over time, I felt an undeniable pull toward something more. I knew I had deeper gifts to offer, ones that could reach people in a way that felt more aligned with my values, my intuition, and my understanding of true healing. This deep knowing led me to expand my work beyond traditional therapy, embracing a more integrative, holistic approach to transformation and self-discovery.

I came to understand that mental well-being extends far beyond diagnosis, treatment, or acute care.

Trauma and emotional struggles do not have to be pathologized; they are part of a human experience, not a disorder to be fixed. Many people, even those without chronic conditions, experience fear, anger, frustration, sadness, and unworthiness, emotions that can feel heavy and isolating.

My purpose is to offer a safe space where people feel seen, supported, and understood. I help them navigate their emotions with love, compassion, and self-awareness so they can move through life with greater ease and acceptance.

This Is My WHY…

The driving force behind my transition into private practice, where I now offer individual therapy in a way that feels more aligned, intentional, and holistic.

My approach blends clinical expertise in Western psychology, with Eastern philosophy, somatic practices, and the energetic realm of healing, creating a truly integrative experience.

I have a deep appreciation for the healing potential of plant medicine and provide psychedelic-assisted therapy and integration support for those exploring expanded states of consciousness for healing.

At the core of my work is a commitment to holistic healing, honoring the whole YOU—mind, body, and soul.

I have 30 years of experience and continuing education to guide my work.

I hold a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Washington and am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). I am a certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist, a Diplomat of Comprehensive Energy Psychology, a certified Lifespan Integration therapist, trained in Brainspotting, EMDR, and CIMBS, and well-versed in IFS therapy.

I am an educator, flower essence devotee, plant medicine advocate, and a firm believer in the power of energy and holistic healing. Passionate about the continuous journey of growth and self-discovery, I am always learning, evolving, and doing my own inner work because the depth of my practice directly supports the depth of yours.

Above all, my role is to walk alongside you on your journey of inner work and self-exploration.

The capacity to heal already exists within you, the power, courage, and deep self-love you seek are waiting to be uncovered.

Together, we will bring it to light and create space for your authentic self to emerge.

It is an honor to be on this path with you.

May you feel held, seen, and understood.

With Love & Grace,
Michaela
