I feel so much more loving and accepting towards myself now, because Michaela really guided me through forgiving and understanding myself. The concept of "putting myself first" was not something that I ever wanted because it felt selfish, but Michaela helped me see that putting my needs first allows me to show up for others and be my best self. I am much more aware and focused now.

This program led me to realize my personal power. I’ve had time to reflect on what I have learned and absorbed into my subconscious and I’m so grateful for it all. Going through this program has been such a beneficial transformation for me. Michaela is very compassionate, confident, and experienced in her practice. She felt very safe to open myself to. Over time, not only she unlocked feelings I was not even aware of but also helped change these beliefs into powerful positive affirmations. I may have been a bit skeptical of tapping at first, but now I see the value and incredible tool it is to take care of our mental health and change the course of our false, draining, and sabotaging self-talk.

It’s amazing to really get to know my patterns, my triggers and my conscious or sometimes unconscious excuses. I feel strong, focused, compassionate and resilient today. I understand this is truly who I want to be. I am not judging myself for the length of time it’s taking to transform, I just want to stay focused on the intention and growth part.
